We continue to serve all owners of the Dragonfly Black Metal pedal. In the event that you may require parts or service/repair for your pedal, please email us at info@blackmetalpedal.com - We will be happy to assist you with all of your needs.
If you need to send the pedal back to us for repair due to a manufacturing defect, just send it back to us and we'll take care of everything. You'll only pay the shipping to get it back to us. We won't charge anything for parts and labor and we'll also pay to ship it back to you. This offer does not apply to damage due to abusive or unreasonable use, or accidental damage (However, even in these cases, we'll do our best to help you!) Any pedals that need repair are usually serviced and shipped back to the customer within 48 hours of us receiving it! You won't wait weeks or even months to get your pedal back. We'll have you up and running again fast.
